After the first year of using Performia testing, we increased our number of staff from 97 to 124. Besides this increase of approximately 25% in staff members, all the main company indexes, such as Gross Income, Profit and Payroll during this period were increased by 100%. We have worked with Performia for almost two years. I would like to express my satisfaction, not just for the tests, but for the support we receive from Performia. We have been using the Performia testing system for the past year with incredible results. We use it to test prospective employees at our corporate office, and to test managers and prospective franchises for our stores. The testing system is simple to administrate, and easy for the candidates to follow. Best of all, the reports are unbelievably accurate! Sometimes tests can seem to conflict with the way an applicant will present themselves – but the tests always win! One of our franchisees disregarded the information in one of the tests and decided to employ a candidate based on her resume. The test showed that she was likely to leave with little or no notice. Three weeks later after she was employed, she excused herself to go to her vehicle to get something. She was never seen again! The franchisee rang me in awe and said that he would never disregard the test results again, they where just too accurate. Performia has been a life saver to our group and we highly recommend it to any company in the industry. As a growing company – we have doubled the size of our group from 18 stores to 34 in the past two years – we couldn’t do without it.

After having used the Performia system for over 6 month I have to say that the tests really work. The Performia System is incredible. I work in the headquarters located in the capital city of my country and we have another 7 offices around the country. Practice showed that every time I had a doubt about the precision of the Performia system at the time of hiring and I hired the candidate anyway, it was later confirmed that the hiring was not correct.
I recommend – no compromises, by this you can prevent disappointment from failure and problems. The fact that the public know about the entry test scares off those we don’t want in our company (those who are cowards, people without motivation, those who are scared to be uncovered).
I very much appreciate that the EXEC-U-TEST also uncovers problematic people, mischief-makers and hidden enemies. And adversely it uncovers good and honest people who want to help the company and who are an asset to their surroundings and company.

This system lays a super instrument into the hands of everyone everywhere who are EVALUTING and HIRING personnel. This instrument gives evaluations of a worker with a single answer. It does not include any “maybes” or “most likely” or even “perhaps.”

Having special psychological knowledge, wasting your time on different tests and great talks is not necessary. Half an hour is enough and you can say exactly: will this person produce something or will he lie dormant and drag people around him down to the bottom of the pit.

As the HR Development Manager I have used the performia License since 2006 in recruiting and personnel development.

When testing internally the test results gives us a good indication about the person's unused potential. The testee can use the test results as a "mirror" of himself/herself and start to work on the points which he/she can improve. On the test, the manager sees the points that the person doesn't show on a daily basis, for example, how this individual will behave if under pressure and any symptoms of "burning out".

I trust the test results because most of my personnel have admitted that the result shows them as they really are and for those few who disagree with the result, I could predict by looking at the test that they WOULD disagree, as this is typical for that kind of personality.
