The Exec-U-Test is a test of 200 questions that shows you 10 personality traits. These traits give you a graph and the combination of the different traits will tell you a lot about the personality and how he or she will act in certain situations, what type of job is suitable, if the person is likely to stay for a long time in your company or not and many other things.

This test will help you understand the candidates strong points and his weaker sides where he or she can improve.

It will also show you the best way to train this person, if he/she is loyal, how he/she deals with criticism and correction, if he/she is suitable to handle routine-jobs or if this person needs constant challenges not to get bored.

Of course the ability to get PRODUCTS override the importance of Personality, but it is still a factor worth considering for the sake of your company AND the candidate.

This test is very important in the promoting of personnel to executive positions or the hiring of new executives. It quickly analyses the person's potential to lead others and also points out the areas in which the person can improve.

It looks into how well the person tracks down the source of a problem and thus how easily or aptly it is handled.

This test consists of 30 questions for the applicant to answer and is not timed.

The Aptitude test can save you countless hours of work and gross amounts of money by using it in the hiring process as well as testing of existing personnel.

It is specifically aimed at finding the person's level of duplication. By duplication we mean “the ability to observe and make an exact copy of”. This is of great importance when you hire executives who should be able to get the directions of management executed or if you need a machinist to handle expensive machines.

This test also indicates if the person is accident prone or not, which for many positions would be a very important point to take into consideration.

It is best used in combination with the Personality Analysis and is not only important for executives - measurement of duplication is vital even in such a position as Personal Secretary where the carrying out of instructions as intended can make or break the persons’ relation to the executive.

The Aptitude test is a timed test that normally takes between 2-5 minutes to complete.

The Intelligence test is developed to measure a persons’ ability to solve problems. Almost every position requires that a person is able to solve problems to some degree. Once it is clear what the position will require, the Intelligence Test will help you find the person most fitting with those demands.

There are 80 questions to answer and the applicant has 30 minutes in which to complete the test.
